Mr Sandress Kazingana Lwazi has a BSc Degree in Civil Engineering, an MSc in Strategic Management and a certificate in Integrated Water Resources Management. He is a registered engineer with Malawi Board of Engineers and a visionary businessman.
He has over 20 years’ experience working for government, semi-governmental and private sector. He has vast experience in programme and project management, planning, designing, and construction supervision for infrastructure facilities in addition to project evaluation and monitoring. He also has extensive experience in managing water utilities as business units involving strategic planning, financial management and personnel management.
He is very good at driving company business development and marketing and has wide-ranging experience in sourcing project finance from funding institutions, donor community and private companies as social contribution for local community development.As Executive Director of Goshen Trading, he is driving company development, ensuring accurate financial information, prudent systems control, and monitoring management performance.

Team leader in consortium to carry feasibility studies to build fuel strategic reserves in Malawi.
